Decision systems: BUY / WAIT / AVOID
When a person keeps making the same judgment call, you don't need a dashboard. You need a system that issues a recommendation.
Dashboards show data. They don't make decisions. The result is a familiar loop: a manager opens a dashboard, stares at it, applies private judgment, and acts. Repeat weekly.
A decision system shortens that loop. It ingests the same signals the manager would look at, applies a transparent combination of rules and AI judgment, and outputs a clear recommendation with rationale: BUY, WAIT, or AVOID.
The point isn't to remove the human. It's to make the recurring judgment faster, more consistent and auditable — and to free senior time for the genuinely novel cases.
